TICKET SALES
Sales:
By purchasing a ticket from us directly you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of sale given here.
Tickets are offered for sale subject to availability. All ticket prices quoted by The Forum Cinema Hexham Ltd are subject to change at any time. For the most up to date prices check online at www.forumhexham.com for call us on 01434 601144.
Lost or damaged tickets will be reprinted free of charge if the customer can provide proof of purchase.
Booking Fees:
All bookings made over the telephone and via the website are subject to a processing fee (currently £1.50). However this fee does not apply to bookings made by Friends of the Forum members.
Delivery:
Tickets must be collected from the venue: we regret that we are not able to send tickets through the post.
E-Tickets:
Please note: if you bring a valid email confirmation of booking from the Forum Cinema, either clearly printed or clearly viewable on a mobile device, we will accept this in place of your ticket.
ADMISSIONS
Every customer entering the auditorium must hold a valid ticket.
Once a performance has started, latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the duty management team.
TICKET EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Refunds:
Refunds and exchanges are only given at the discretion of the cinema management team.
We will not refund tickets for events or screenings that have already taken place.
Unless the show is cancelled, we will only refund tickets for films if there is at least 1 hour left before the start of the show.
Refunds are issued as replacement tickets of similar value or as Forum Cinema vouchers. These vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. We can send the refund voucher to you by email; if you do not want to share your email address then we can produce a printed voucher which you must collect from the cinema.
Cancellations:
If we cancel a screening, then we will refund the cost of the ticket(s) purchased using the same method of payment.
Transfers:
If you are unable to make a screening, and you give us at least an hours notice, we can transfer your ticket to another show, or another screening of the same show.
Please note - we will not offer a further refund on a ticket that has been transferred.
Re-sale:
We reserve the right not to accept tickets for resale.
If we do accept tickets for resale, we will only sell them after all our other available tickets are sold. We do not charge for reselling tickets: if your ticket is re-sold you will receive the full sale price.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR LIVE EVENTS ON SCREEN
Because live shows are unique, unrepeatable performances our customers have asked us to prevent disruptions and distractions. For this reason we operate a different admissions policy for live and live-screened shows.
Latecomers & re-admissions:
Latecomers will only be admitted to the performance when there is a suitable break or intermission. We will make every effort to do this, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
We will not refund tickets for late arrivals or non-attendances.
Refunds:
Tickets for live events on screen will not be refunded after purchase unless the show is cancelled.
Transfers:
It is not possible to transfer tickets for a live performance.
GIFT VOUCHERS
The Forum Cinema Hexham offers its own gift vouchers for use as full or part payment for tickets & refreshments.
Gift Vouchers expire after 1 year.
Lost or damaged vouchers can be replaced if customers are able to supply a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.
FOOD & DRINK
Only alcohol purchased in the Cinema is allowed on the premises.
Alcohol purchased at the Cinema may not be taken off the premises.
Confectionery, snacks and drinks (including hot drinks) may be taken into the auditorium in safe, suitable containers.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue to customers who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or otherwise intoxicated.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Consideration for others:
The use of mobile phones, cameras and any form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited anywhere in the auditorium.
Children, school parties, youth groups and those in need of special care are the responsibility of their parents, guardians, teachers and personal assistant (carers). Please contact us in advance if you need any extra help or assistance during your visit.
The Forum Cinema Hexham reserves the right to ask anyone causing a disturbance to other customers, staff or the performance, to leave the venue without a refund.
Safety / Security:
Please keep personal items with you at all times. The Forum Cinema Hexham cannot accept responsibility for any personal property.We are not able to offer secure storage for your property.
There is no standing room available in the auditorium. This is to preserve clear fire routes in case of an emergency.
On rare occasions bag checks and searches may be in operation. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not consent to a check.
Storage:
There is no designated buggy storage at the venue. We will try and accommodate buggies, prams and similar equipment where there is space, however we are not able to offer secure storage and these items are left at the customer’s own risk.
There is no bicycle storage at the venue. Customers are advised to make suitable arrangements for the safe storage of bicycles outside of the venue.
Please note - to ensure clear fire routes in an emergency, buggies, prams and similar equipment may not be taken into the auditorium.
Animals:
We do not allow animals on site, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Smoking:
The Forum Cinema Hexham is a no-smoking venue. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted.

We endeavour to respond to all feedback within 10 working days.

LEGAL STATEMENT
To the fullest extent permissible in law, The Forum Cinema Hexham Ltd. shall be entitled to assign any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
None of the terms of this Agreement may be relied upon or enforced under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party that is not a party to this Agreement.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision/s and remainder of the Agreement valid or enforceable.
The Forum Cinema Hexham Ltd. reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notification.
