Quillseekers is returning 30th October!
Please join us for our monthly night of live poetry readings in our cafe/bar, hosted by local poet Caitlin Kendall, on Friday 30th October, where we are thrilled to also be joined by Gill Connors.
Gill Connors is a poet from Yorkshire where she writes, teaches and is studying for a PhD in the links between 16th and 21st century women. Her collections, Tadaima and A Small Goodbye at Dawn were both published by Yaffle in 2019 and 2022 respectively. Gill's forthcoming collection, Made of Paper is the product of her PhD. In March, an anthology 'Safety in Numbers ' that Gill edited, was published by Yaffle. It's the result of a huge poetic conversation involving over 200 women.
Proceedings kick off at 8pm and is free to attend.
