Inside of his book, adventurous Harold (Zachary Levi) can make anything come to life simply by drawing it. After he grows up and draws himself off the book’s pages and into the physical world, Harold finds he has a lot to learn about real life-and that his trusty purple crayon may set off more hilarious hijinks than he thought possible.

As part of Heritage Open Days - England's largest festival of history and culture, we are putting a spotlight on our local art scene and celebrating the artists that make it great. 

We have pulled together an exciting programme of short films, made by young filmmakers exploring the meaning of heritage. This includes scenes of the Allendale Tar Bar’l’s and even your favourite local cinema.

Join us for this very special filmmakers' party from 4pm with free fizz, cake and party bags. We will follow the short films with an art market in our cafe/bar, giving you the chance to meet some of the filmmakers and other artists working in the area.
